Just like any other life event or group gathering, not every service is going to be flawless, because that is life. Things happen. The staff at Wulff goes out of their way to ensure as close to flawless as possible.

It was only my second time to handle funeral arrangements, and our situation was unusual because we wanted to move my mother's remains from Phoenix to be re-interred with our father. I was making all the arrangements from another state. Our Funeral Director, Brianna was flexible, open-minded, and patient. She helped us work through issues related to COVID-19. She supported our idea to use Zoom to allow family and friends who could not travel to participate in the service. We were very satisfied.

The staff was great to deal with, very responsive to our needs and good at explaining the process.

My brother passed away in February. It's difficult losing a sibling, but Ashley made the funeral planning process easy and painless. She was very friendly and pleasant throughout. Everything was plainly laid out for us and we were able to choose what we wanted. We weren't pressured about our choices. All the costs were explained and nothing was hidden in fine print. On the day of the funeral, Gordon and his staff made everything work just the way I wanted it to in the church. All the details were handled for me, some without my even realizing until later. They also made some very helpful suggestions. I never had to ask twice or explain things. Their presence made me feel at ease. Everyone from the staff at Wulff was just wonderful to work with! It made my day incredibly easier. Thanks!!

My family and other friends have use this funeral home in past years. Today our family went to wulff funeral home to have our mother's funeral planned out. What a HORRIBLE Experience we received, the first words out of the female staff was only 3 family members can come it!! Never once did she say sorry for your loss, plus information given to the home was not what the family told anyone. My family was grieving for our mother's passing, this funeral home made us feel even worse. I would highly recommend NOT TO USE THIS FUNERAL HOME!!!
