The staff was very nice and did the most to make sure I fully understood the diagnosis and aftercare for my pups. The doctor actually came out to the car to explain to me everything he saw and what needed to be done. Overall, their all very caring and make sure you know things as well as about the pups. They even called back the next 2 days just to check up on him. Plus their prices are pretty reasonable compared to other places. Highly recommend

sent in my dogs labs and xrays via email ahead of time and was scheduled for xrays and a low- dose dextrose test and was told i would be called after he reviews the emails before the appointment to confirm that the low-dextrose test was appropriate. i was quoted the amounts of the appointment ahead of time and they seemed affordable. i never got a call until my dog was already in the appointment and was told that i needed to take more expensive tests to check the same thing the low-dextrose test checks because the vet didnt prefer the low-dextrose test. I asked why he didnt want to to the low-dextrose test, which is the gold standard test, and he stated that he would not tell me why. he said he wouldnt have anyone tell him how to treat, even though i simply asked what made him uncomfortable about that test. bear in mind that this conversation was not directly with him ever, that i only spoke to receptionsists conveying messages. i was told that i needed a urine sample and if it was postive for cushings then we would take another test to see the origin of the cushings. i asked if i could take the second test only, because that test could diagnose cushings and the type all at once and for a more affordable price. The vet refused without giving me any reason why. i agreed to pay more for the tests he wants, without having any idea why i was paying for the more expensive tests. i was then told that i could pick up my dog that everything was done and so i asked if the xrays were already done too. i was put on hold and then told that the vet would not charge me anything and that i had to pick him up without any work done because he did not want to treat my dog because I was too argumentative. if you want to know why your dog is being treated the way he is then DO NOT come here. the receptionists interrupted every sentence i said and i was going to pay for an exam without the opportunity to talk with the vet myself even once. this doc has a serious ego problem and was literally insulted that i wanted explanations of my dogs treatment plan. if you want to pay more unexpectedly with no explanations why and never even get to talk to the vet during an exam then this is the place for you..
