100 percent recommend!nnI recently adopted a five month old kitten after moving out on my own for the first time.nMy boy needed his first round of shots/vaccines and needed to be neutered also. I called to schedule an appointment and the woman on the phone was very friendly and helpful. She made sure I had no questions that went unanswered.nWhen I dropped my little guy off to have his procedure done, the crew made sure to call and update me with every important part of the process. Not even 45 minutes later they called again to say the whole surgery was complete and he’s in the recovery process and doing wonderful. They scheduled a time for me to come pick him up later that afternoon, after he’s not so groggy anymore.nWhen I picked him up Dr. Brandon and all of his employees were very clear on explaining everything that was done and when he would need to return. And again, they were adamant that I didn’t leave without having any unanswered questions. When they brought my little guy to me he was decked out in a new seasonal, halloween decorated bandana courtesy of the doctor and his employees.nAs far as pricing, I think it was very fair and reasonable.nWill definitely be returning to this clinic in the future to address any medical needs for my fur babies.nThank you guys!

Heineke Veterinary Hospital is AMAZING! The doctors and staff take such great care of my Lilly Bug! The doctors take the time to explain everything and answer questions without making you feel rushed out the door. You can tell they truly care about their patients and that it's not all about money. Your fur baby's well being is the most important thing to them. I wouldn't take my girl anywhere else!

We called Heineke for a emergency second opinion. They were willing to squeeze us in on late notice. They did more of a examination then our veterinary ever did. They were able to figure out what was wrong with our pug and treat her. We were so thankful because our original veterinarian was wrong on her condition. Heineke team was so sweet and so professional. We couldn’t thank them enough. We actually ended up switching to them.

Met Dr. Heineke yesterday and could not be more pleased with the experience. He has a wonderful, calming manner. It was clear right away he is a lover of animals, and he was kind and patient in both his interactions with our kitty and in explaining the x-rays, bloodwork, treatment options, and ongoing care. We're thrilled to have Dr. Heineke as our new go-to provider.

I just switched to Heineke Dr. Barry is awesome and a great doctor he thoroughly explained everything to me in my terms not doctor terms. I feel my fur Baby will be well taken care of now that we have a doctor that cares, oh and not to leave anyone out his staff is great. YOU ALL ROCK!!!!!
