Very pleased with the service and treatment!!! Dr Sallie was amazing!! Staff is wonderful and easy to work with! Highly recommend! Very knowledgeable and professional!! Treated our dog after hours for an emergency and saved her life! Thankful for a good team there!! Fair pricing, but more than that personal one on one treatment!! Couldn't have asked for better!!
Shout out to Westside Veterinarian service in Murray,Ky! Dr. Jackson is professional,kind , compassionate,thorough and just plain exceptional! After numerous calls to Vet offices around here this was the only place that took our call and agreed to treat our Lily on the weekend! Was and is definitely a God send! Dr. Jackson said people as far away as Nashville have taken their pets here because no Vets are answering their phones and taking emergency calls on the weekend! Unreal! I highly reccomend this place to anyone that has a pet emergency on the weekend or after hours!
They took our cat last minute, as a new patient, and fighting COVID restrictions. I fully anticipated our cat having to have an amputation, and Dr Eastwood did everything possible to make that a last resort, and was able to save his leg! Fantastic car-side service, and even lent us a pet carrier, as this was a newly inherited cat. The office staff was wonderful and accommodating, as well. Very thankful for our experience!
Great place to take your fur baby. They are wonderful with hard to handle big dogs. Very friendly people! Will highly recommend them!
I have gone here over a year, and they have misdiagnosed my cat 2 times, despite me expressing my disagreement- they do not listen to you at all. They just charge you as much as they can, and as a college student it is not realistic for me at all. After the second misdiagnosis finally took my cat somewhere else where they figured it out in no time. Don’t waste your time here... I gave them way too many chances!!
