The staff was amazing. I had to say goodbye to my 14 year old dachshund and they were very understanding. :( so much heartbreak in that line of work. Very nice people
My beautiful Daisy the cat had to got there twice in the past 7 months. Both experiences have been great. You can tell that they love and car for the animals. They don't waste your time either. I live in Saint Paul and don't mind driving the extra miles for good customer service.
Or dog was in a lot of pain. They took her in and did a complete exam. They kept us informed as we couldn't be in the clinic due to covid restrictions. Unfortunately, her outcome was not good. They handled her euthanasia and subsequent cremation services with compassion and care. If your fur baby is hurting and your regular vet is closed, definitely take them here. They will help.
So caring and compassionate! They made the hardest trip to the vet as easy as it could be. We arrived in the middle if the night with my very sick baby. Everyone was so amazing, helpful, compassionate and caring! They even sent a beautiful hand made card to help cherish my baby's memories. Thank you south metro animal emergency, your truly top notch!!!
My husband and I were having the worst night of our lives a few nights ago. Our family cat passed away and with it being so late we thought we would be out of luck finding a place to help us. We found South Metro Animal Clinic and they were able to get us in right away. They were so caring and gave us however much time we needed to say our final goodbyes to Loki. They walked us through our options for cremation and helped make this whole process a smooth one. We received Loki’s ashes and paw prints so quickly it was amazing. They even sent us a card in the mail with his paw prints and some kind words. This has been a painful moment in our lives but the amazing staff here has made the process an easy one.
