Dr. Brown is wonderful! Everyone else that I've met, talked to on the phone, or who assisted in any way have been nothing short of exceptional as well. PCPH doesn't just take care of our pets, they take care of the humans as well. I can't imagine bringing my cat to another doctor. She has never been healthier or happier. This is by far the best pet hospital I’ve been to, both vets are very caring and kind as well as knowledgeable! Would recommend to anyone whose pets are their babies! I’m moving 2 hours away and will definitely be making the trip to here because it’s worth it!

We love PineCone Pet Hospital ! We have been bringing our kitties to them for 5 years now and couldn’t be happier! All the staff are always so friendly and informative ~ they always take their time to answer all the questions we have. PCPH may be a little higher priced than other places in the area but it is more than compensated for with the incredible customer service and care they have for us and our fur babes! We could go on and on about how much we love and appreciate PCPH! Huge thanks to Dr Brown for ALWAYS answering our endless questions with a smile and Candy for always greeting us with laughter and happiness! We love you all !!

Pine Cone Pet Hospital is the only place that I will go to in the St. Cloud, Sartell, Sauk Rapids, and Waite Park area. They continually go above and beyond my expectations. They may be priced a little higher compared to other places, but I will pay more to get this amazing service. They will be my go to for life. Thanks again PCPH!! It’s hard for me to put into words how much this team and this place mean to me. My cat, Lily, is in their care as I write this and after her initial diagnosis, I felt so helpless and sad. I thought I was going to lose her, for sure, but under the care of Dr. Vogl and her team, Lily is making so much progress. I know part of it is because Lily is a fighter and a strong girl but I also know a huge part of it is because of the extraordinary care Dr. Vogl and her team have provided. I’ve been kept in the loop with Dr. Vogl calling me with updates on Lily’s progress. I know she’s in the best hands possible. I am so thankful for them! They also take care of my other cat, Molina, who is diabetic (Dr. Brown initially diagnosed her, and he is fantastic too) and they clearly love her. You can always tell when someone loves what they do and everyone I’ve met and talked to at Pinecone Pet Hospital clearly love what they do. I recommend them to everyone who has a pet!
