From the beginning of planning to the follow-ups after internment, the warm, caring and informed staff at gearhart's was there to help me plan my wife's arrangements. Their patience and insightful understanding was ever present. Their attention to detail in caring for my wife was endearing. Support for me began when i walked in and has continued after all details have been taken care of. Their approach is professional and their delivery is outstanding. i recommend them to you!

Where do I start with All the AWESOME things they did for our family, for our Dad's funeral. We wanted it to be more of a life celebration and it was.nWe went completely non-traditional. Our Dad grew up with horses and the love of everything Western. He was know in his later years as Cowboy Bob , so we had a cowboy celebration. James Archer was our Funeral Director and he went over and beyond to make this so special!! We all dressed in jeans, boots and cowboy hats. Wearing bandana's for our face mask and old time western songs playing in the background. James brought in a saddle, bridle and hay bales to compete the set up. This location was the perfect setting, with the perfect staff to help. Jan worked with me on the pictures to have displayed and Tatum made sure everything was set up with social distancing in check. I highly recommend Gearhart and staff to all!!

If I could give 100 stars I would. They did so much for my family I just can't say enough good things about Gearhart funeral home. They took care of a lot of our worries and were so helpful with what we had financially to cover all the costs. They were so friendly and honestly seem to care about what our family was going through, even afterwards they were so helpful with dealing with the difficulties we were having with our mother's life insurance. I highly recommend Gearhart funeral home to take care of your family during a most difficult time. A big shout out to you wonderful group of people who helped us so much. The Holcombe family. It took 3 weeks for us to get my mother. My dad had to call and ask for the ashes after 3 weeks of the process. The front desk lady, Ashley or Amber said mom is there but there was a mix up?? Do we even know if these ashes are mom? We requested a picture in the urn with James since she passed. Amber came out with the urn with no picture. Communication is terrible, no organization. Amber said she can print a picture off of a piece of paper? Really?! Nice sympathies for those who lost a loved one. No phone calls, terrible!! Don’t use this funeral.

We were very happy with our ecperience. Especially during the pandemic.
