This place is AMAZING!!! Long of the short- I needed to get flowers ASAP to my brother on his birthday and he's at the hospital...I'm in CA and got mixed up with the hospitals/flower shops in Detroit and had another florist cancel on me late in the day, (my fault.) I ended up calling Renee's last minute and they delivered the gorgeous bouquet just a short time later. Thank you for doing such a spectacular job and really brightening his birthday! It means so much to me

Unfortunately I had a terrible experience with this business. I ordered a flower arrangement online to be delivered to a friend after the birth of their new baby and I received email confirmation that my order was received, my account was charged and my arrangement was never delivered.nnI called the business to discuss and left a voicemail in which no one replied to me.nnDays later I phoned again and finally got in touch with the owner, he stated “We don’t deliver to that city.” No apology for the mishap or explanation of why I wasn’t immediately notified or refunded.nnFurthermore, his computer system wasn’t working to refund me so I had to drive into the shop to show him the proof of my purchase and even when showing him the confirmation email and the charge to my account he questioned my story and did not once say sorry for any of the inconveniences with the situation.nnI understand miscommunication can happen but his attitude toward the situation was so uncomfortable that I personally will never give my business here again.

My hunny bear had flower arrangements delivered to me today, for Valentine's day and I love them. The delivery driver was super kind, and super amazing!

I found this place by chance and I am so happy I did. My Mom celebrated her 90th birthday in confinement due to covid restrictions where she lives but was able to enjoy a beautiful arrangement thanks to the great staff at Flowers by Renee. It was even more than I expected and arrived just as scheduled. Thank you so much.
