This is the first time I have ordered flowers and I had such a pleasant experience I will definitely use Flowers by Lobb in the future!! They guided me through the process, which was very easy to do over the phone. I also liked that they asked how much I had in mind to spend and stated that they can accommodate any budget. I only requested that they include lillies and trusted their creativity for the rest. They delivered next-day and I was blown away when my sister sent me a photo. The arrangement was beautiful and perfect. I would absolutely trust them with future arrangements. Thanks again!!
Just went here for funeral flowers. The customer service and compassion was outstanding. We had called a few other local flower shops and were told that the flowers we wanted were out of season. Lobbs showed us options that would work and never once told us they couldn't accommodate what we wanted. Always assuring us that they would work within our price range.
Amazing cus service, excellent staff makes you feel like family
The staff here is amazing! Betty helped me get everything I could possibly ask for and Kristen even jumped in to help when Betty had to take an important call. The owner Amy has got to be the nicest person I have ever met! You can tell by the way she conducts business, that she cares about her customers!
As always we received the most personal, professional, absolutely best service and product from Flowers By Lobb. We never go anywhere else, and haven't for 30years now!
