I can’t let this go. My boyfriend drove me and my dying Pomeranian here out of desperation. They turned us away at the door because HE had a bill there he wasn’t finished paying on. We managed to find another vet (because all others wishing a 45 minute drive claimed to be to booked up for an emergency) and ended up being charged an “Emergency fee” of $125. I was willing to be charged whatever to have my baby saved. But five minutes before we got there he passed away in my arms. We still took him in out of desperation but it was too late. They waved the fee and told us that if we’d gotten him there an hour before then he might’ve been saved. Guess where we were over an hour before he passed? Being told that because my boyfriend had $200 left to pay on a current bill then they wouldn’t save MY dog. I’m currently dealing with a high-risk pregnancy and am constantly sick. Do you know what kind of stress that put on me? I got him when he was four weeks old and he would’ve been 11 Years this January. From what I was told the nurse that intercepted us at the door neglected to tell the vet there that day that we were there for an emergency. Now whether or not he’s using his nurse as a scapegoat does not matter to me. What matters is that there was a possibility that my dog could have been saved. But I don’t get to ever know. Me and many others I know have had problems with their care and habit of overcharging before, but this is too far to me. I’ll NEVER go here myself, or send anyone else here again.

Dr. Hampton has helped all of our animals for years! He is the best vet in all surrounding counties. He takes his time with the animals and really does answer my questions without trying to rush me. He even goes out of his way to explain things to me that most vets wouldn’t. He always keeps all of our animals healthy and always great surgery recoveries! We love him and don’t know what we would do without him! Thank you Dr. Hampton!

I wish we could come in but that can't happen at the moment and I completely understand. We have to protect everyone involved. With that said, Tibbles received great care and I'm happy with the service I received. Thanks so much.
