I have been taking my pets to Plymouth Veterinary Hospital since 2017 and I have never had any issues until today. My pets are usually seen by Dr. Vyvian but today when I brought my new puppy in, we were seen by another veterinarian. When the doctor first came in the room, she immediately began interrogating me about where I got the puppy, how did I find the breeder, did I meet the puppies parents, or see any litter mates. While she was interrogating me, I began to worry why she was asking me all these things, that something was wrong with the puppy. She never explained why she asked me those questions. We then moved on to my concern that the puppy had fleas. She told me he did not have fleas that he was itching because of his collar, when I explained he does not wear a collar at home and that he was biting at his legs, she said that it was out of boredom and that we are encouraging that behavior by giving him attention while itching. Lastly, she then goes on to tell me how we need to raise our puppy, assuming we aren’t already taking the proper steps to socializing him. I would appreciated being asked what we are doing first before talking down to me about what I need to do. On top of all of this, my appointment was at 5:15, we were not seen until 5:50, and we didn’t leave until 6:45. After today, I don’t think I can return to this office.

Always have a great time when I visit these guys. Very punctual and fair priced. I definitely feel comfortable leaving my child (dog) with them. Especially with this curbside only!!! Would definitely recommend anyone to this veterinary!!!

Extremely disappointed with the 30 minute wait, despite arriving promptly at my appointment time, for followup blood work. Would have appreciated a mention of the wait, with option to reschedule, upon checking in.

Good dogs medicine was ready for pick up ni waiting. Staff friendly as they always are

They charge $2500 and remove the wrong tumor on my dog. Caused suffering on my 15-year-old dog and made him incontinent
