Took my two cats to get sprayed and neutered, they were very helpful and had very good customer service. Best of all they treated my cat's really good. It was the first time I took them out of the house and they were very scared but when I went to pick them up they were calm and happy so I know they were treating them well. I would definitely recommend this location to anyone looking to take their animals for any kind of procedure. They even kept in touch with me asking if I had any questions and made sure they were doing okay.
Dr. Steffes is my go-to doctor. She’s always been so kind and gentle with my cat. She always wants to make sure she knows what is going on before just giving out medication and calling it a day. Whenever I had questions, she was sure to answer them all and make me feel comfortable. Bonus, she did a wonderful spay job on my kitty, the incision was so tiny even though she had pyometra! Healed wonderfully. The other vet I have seen was not my favorite, but I try to get kaitlin every time so it doesn’t matter. The front staff are always kind as well and I get seen quickly when I go.

This review is for the Westland veterinary location. In the last year we brought one new kitten here to be spayed and another kitten to get her last rounds of vaccinations. We had a great experience both times. My husband and I needlessly freaked out about our cat not staying still following her spaying and they were very patient and offered solutions. We have never had a problem getting through on the phone or having our calls returned. Also, getting a cat spayed here is 1/4 of the price of any other vets in the area.
