I needed to get our new puppy in for a wellness visit. Everywhere I called either was not taking new patients or would not make an appointment until a month from now. Only option was to sit in my car and wait for hours to be seen. Then I called Healthy Paws, they are so caring and so nice. I got a next day appointment. We couldn't go in with the pup but they called me and kept me updated with his exam the whole time. Im very pleased and will continue to use this vet. Pricing was fair too.
I am beyond grateful I found this place! I must have called 20 veterinarians before I called them. No one had appointments that week. They were able to get my fur babies in right away and properly diagnose them after our previous vet clinic did not. They were amazing at following up to make sure my fur babies were okay. And I had them on speed dial when my precious Kitty started having problems and became a frequent flyer there. (Thank you front staff for listening and helping me.) I was able to get in most times same day with Kitty and if I didn’t, a veterinarian would call me. Dr. Acuña always took her time to answer all my questions, and do further research to help Kitty, which I greatly appreciated. She is very knowledgeable and professional. Some of the other Veterinarians Dr. Steve and Dr. Tina got to meet Kitty and treat her too. They followed up with me as well. They and their staff are amazing! Always courteous. The customer service I received is A+. I am relieved to say, Kitty is on the mend and doing better! I trust these Veterinarians with the lives of my fur babies. I wouldn’t take them anywhere else. Thank you!
Dr. Eastman is so great she is very thorough and just a great Dr. she is kind and caring. All the staff is I can't go in woth my dogs right now but I know they are in good hands with the staff . Thank you all
Our pet is new here, we've only been there 2X. So far, they are pretty good. We have other family that take their pet there also, so, in my opinion I'd suggest you try them.
The staff seems nice but a little difficult to tell with limited interaction due to the Covid 19 protocols but that's to be expected Dr. Steve was nice and patient on the phone. He did not rush the conversation.nIt would be nice if they did a better job of estimating dental costs i.e. a written low/ high price range depending on what's needed. I was shocked when the bill was almost double what I was told a cleaning started out at.nAlthough there was some extractions needed, I was surprised how expensive it was to do. Also, I was not told until picking him up which made me feel a little taking advantage of.
