I ordered an arrangement for a dear friend who lives in Michigan. I was a bit nervous because I ordered online from Maryland. However, my friend was absolutely thrilled with the flowers. Very beautiful flower/ plant products!!nMy husband sent me a gorgeous arrangement on Valentines Day. Delivery was timely. Flowers were well wrapped. There will be some blossoms that open later this week. I’ve gone to this florist for almost 20 years. They have always had the best!! I highly recommend them if you are looking for beautiful flowers or plants
I live in Illinois, and my friend’s brother recently passed away in Michigan. I couldn’t go to the wake because it was family only, so I wanted to send flowers to show my support. I spoke with Whitney and Madison to design bouquets for the deceased’s families, and I was blown away by the level of friendliness, eloquence, and excellent customer service from these two lovely ladies. They were able to work within my budget limit, color requests, and even make small adjustments after the bouquets were put together. I ordered roses for my wife and had them delivered. I asked that the flowers be delivered in the morning because her work day ended early afternoon. The girl said they would be delivered in the morning. Unfortunately, the flowers weren’t delivered until the afternoon, just before she left work. I even called that morning to make sure they would be delivered in the morning. Also, the roses that were delivered were all open. I used to have great experiences with this store. Unfortunately, within the last year or so, the shop has definitely not provided the service I’m used to. It’s very unlikely I’ll go back.
Just had flowers delivered to my daughter as an early Bday surprise!!!!!!! Joanna did a GREAT job. I called at 11am and the flowers were delivered by 2. They did a FANTASTIC job!!!!!!
