We have had good experiences here. The staff is compassionate and skilled. When our older dog had a complicated issue, they suggested a second opinion and provided a recommendation to obtain that second opinion. I am very comfortable recommending their services.
I really appreciate this clinic over the last 20 years always trying to fit me in quickly when I have an urgent problem with one of my cats. I can tell Dr. Rhode always wants to do what's best for my animals, always collecting as much info as possible, talking to me and getting my side of the story even during the difficulties of this pandemic and the rush and chaos of clinic. She helps my animals get the best outcome and for reasonable prices given the care received.
The veterinarians and support staff here are amazing. If you are looking for a clinic that will be caring and compassionate towards your animal look no further.
We have been going here since the early/mid 90's. We have had Many animals go thru these doors for a multitude of reasons. They have always done an amazing job. They have always been compassionate, considerate, and caring.nToday we had to say goodbye to our fur baby of 14 years. And I cannot be more thankful for how compassionate and respectful they were to us and our baby girl during that time.
I love this veterinary practice. They are very sensitive to my pets needs during the entire business. Over the past few trying months people I referred to Dr Paula have become loyal customers. Only reason I looked them up today was to send the information to another family that has moved to the area with their fur baby.nnI don’t know how it compares to other veterinary practices for cost but the peace of mind I feel when I bring my pets there is priceless. Especially since I am more afraid of the vets office than my dog is.
