Maureen did an amazing job for our wedding. She was very hands on and knew exactly what would look best based only a few photos I showed her. She never settled for okay and knew right away what other greenery or flowers to show me if I wasn’t 100% about something. Covid changed our wedding plans and she was more than accommodating. Some of the flowers we had never talked about before and I’m glad I trusted her because we got so many compliments and we were thrilled with the results.
Maureen was a life saver when my mother died right before Christmas. No one local would be open or even had any flowers left for a 12/26 funeral. I ordered from an online florist and I discovered when I tracked the delivery on 12/24 that the delivery would be 3 days after the funeral. I called Maureen’s Designs on 12/24 pm not even hoping to get a call back. Maureen called me in 15 min. and she said she could make a nice arrangement if I could pick it up (she is a half hour away from where service was, not a problem as we were driving right by Chelsea coming in from Chicago). I was SO relieved! We picked up the flowers on 12/26 am, they were BEAUTIFUL and Maureen was SO NICE, understanding my feelings. Maureen advised me to never order from an online place that shows no address, they just farm out the work and it’s not reliable. 'Maureen & Jack the delivery driver are both wonderful people! They look to the need of the customer, they go beyond expectations. I called at the last minute for a funeral delivery and the large house plant was there before I arrived.nAll my arrangements are made from Maureen for events, she can even match the chocolate & coffee tastings!
