Super RUDE staff, I left there almost in tears because I was treated so disrespectful all because of a simply miscommunication. Never will I trust this facility with my fur babies again after how I was treated, if they treat humans so ruthless how are they treating your animals behind closed doors. Super disappointed in the staff.
