Pandemic or prior, these awesome people continue to give amazing care to my furry companions. I love the health safety precautions they have adopted in response to COVID. I appreciate that the Vet that works with my puppy always takes the time to walk them out and explain the visit && takes time to answer any questions I have.nnThe staff is extra awesome too and definitely deserves recognition. They always make me feel comfortable if I call inquiring about a minor concern with my pets. They are super flexible when it comes to scheduling appointments while keeping my companions health needs a priority.nnI’ve been going to Gratiot Animal Hospital going on 2005, will absolutely continue too.

How they handled when my dog died made it the horrible experience even more traumatic. We called to say we wouldn't be back for a while because we had to take our pup to the emergency vet where they couldn't do anything for her and had to put her down. And Gratiot Animal Hospital called us a few days later asking how she was doing. We left a message with details, explicitly stating that she was dead and they called to ask how she was doing and to set an appointment with them. We had taken our pup there for her whole life and when she started breathing harder after she matured we started asking them questions on what could be wrong. They didn't want to do tests and said that nothing was wrong with her and so we trusted them. Why wouldn't we? Well, turned out to be lung cancer. I know you can't catch everything and you can't win them all but we won't be coming back. We have three healthy pups now and we go to Veterinary Health Center on Center road here in Saginaw.

Been my best veterinarian ever for over 30 years, words can't say how much they mean to me. Their compassion & kindness for our animals has always been amazing & like they are their own. So grateful to everyone there,they are all the BEST!!! ud83dudc36ud83dude3aud83dudc96
