The staff is very helpful and professional. The lobby and exam rooms are clean. My cat always feels calm when I bring him here and I think it's a testament to the quality of this animal hospital. The care my cat has received here is wonderful and doesn't break the bank! They listen to your pets issues and provide treatment until the issues are solved. The doctors we've seen are always very kind and helpful.
The staff is awesome. They are caring and helpful. My regular vet didn’t preform the surgery my German Shepard desperately needed. I called around but couldn’t find anyone taking in new clients. The lady who answers the phone at Mapleview actually took time to ask the doctor and they made an exception. Dr. Jim went over and beyond by helping my baby with surgery... Including coming in to do it when he had the morning off, so he could fit her in without interrupting his clients schedules. He explained to procedure, what to expect with her healing process and was very gentle with her. I’m so grateful and pleased. I’m a loyal new customer for now. They had me at “we can help your girl.”
We have been taking Izzy here since she was 2 and needed emergency surgery. She goes for day care sometimes and any time we go out of town she stays At the kennel. We love everyone here! Izzy is now almost 14. I wouldn’t take her or any future animal anywhere else!!!!
Mapleview staff is very friendly. They pretty much treat you and your critter like family. I have been with them for 20+ years with all of my fur babes.
We have trusted Dr. Bader and his staff with our dogs for over 30 years. I would never hesitate to trust his judgement with difficult care decisions. The staff’s compassion is never faked or insincere. My girls get only the best.
