Family Pet Hospital

The vets and their staff are professional and courteous. They are always happy to help answer questions and give detailed and honest answers. Their office is clean and welcoming. We have been going to them for the past 5+ years to meet the needs of our dogs. We will continue to use them as long as we have pets that require medical care.

I have been very impressed with Family Pet Hospital. They have been very quick to communicate with me and have taken great care of my pup. The staff members are always kind and gentle to my nervous dog. I honestly cannot recommend them enough. I found them when I first adopted my dog and she had a serious reaction and I couldn’t get her in anywhere else. They made time in their busy schedule to make sure she got the care she needed as soon as possible. Every visit since then I have seen how much they care for their patients and the families.

Family Pet Hospital staff and care was exceptional. We brought our very sick kitty to them and they did all the things we could do to help her get better. They were caring, talked us through all of our options and she got better for a little. Eventually she got sick again and this time worse than before. We knew it was time to send her to kitty heaven and it was the first time in my adult life that I had to make that choice. It was the right choice but SO hard and they were just so caring and so thoughtful and although it was such a sad day for me and my kiddos, they truly went out of their way to make it less painful. They even sent me home with a book to read to my little girl who was absolutely crushed. THEN we received an unexpected card that was so thoughtful and our little kitty's paw print. It just showed how much they care and we will forever be grateful for their kindness.

As always kind and with empathy for the animal and the owner. Always professional and knowledgeable. I am so grateful for a real veterinary practice in utah County Thanks again and again .

My older pup got cough and my normal vet was booked 2 weeks out, after calling all the vets in utah county this was the only place able to find a way to accommodate an appointment for my dog. They are doing contactless drop offs and we're excellent with their scheduling communication and with getting information to me. Very grateful to talk to people that could relate to my concern and helped out during this pandemic.
