They did a great job! Beautiful flowers delivered to my mother on her birthday. Saved my butt because I messed up and West Branch greenhouse came through! Ordered and delivered on the same day! Thank you!
I ordered a deluxe arrangement for my step mother for the loss of her mother, which cost $80. It was supposed to have at least a dozen roses, a succulent, big lillies, very little, yet sophisticated greens, and some tall white flowers. What was delivered was an arrangement worth maybe $40 that contained barely any roses, cheap greens, and different colored daisies with no lillies. Needless to say I am very dissatisfied with the arrangement and will not be purchasing from here again. At a time when someone is hurting, the flowers should at least bring some happiness to them, yet these were just disappointing!
Very friendly service and they always have beautiful flowers that last so well! Definitely recommend them!
When I got news that my childrens’ great grandmother had passed away I looked for a flower shop near her home and found West Branch Greenhouse. They were incredibly helpful and delivered the flowers the same day. I am very grateful that they were able to help us send our love from Los Angeles to Alger.
