We just had such an amazing first time experience here! We have an older dog who has been with another vet, and recently got a new puppy and were on the market for a new vet as well. This first visit far exceeded my expectations. Everyone was so friendly, informative and we didn’t feel rushed to ask any questions. They took their time, answered our questions and we even left with a bag full of information and some goodies for our new Kobe. I am so grateful we found a loving vet after years of searching.
They are the most wonderful vet ever. I got my cat neutered here and they truly took care of us. They are amazing. I highly suggest taking your pet here!
Usually have never had a problem with them when it comes to my dog. My cat, however, seems to be a problem. He is on a prescription food that can only be bought through a veterinarian clinic. Over the last 5 months, every time I call to buy his food, they tell me that they’re out of stock or they’re running low. How can you run out of a food that can only be prescribed to certain patients with certain needs? This was never an issue at any other clinic and I do not understand why it seems to be an issue here. When I called an complained about this issue, I was told “well I don’t do the ordering, but do you want me to make you an order every month so we always have some for you?” Why should I have to tell you I need food, when I can only get it through the vet’s office. Literally this is the only place I have taken my cat to that constantly runs out of his food...
Everyone I was in contact including the front office was wonderful. This was my first visit to this office. After a lot of research I’m so glad I found a new vet home for my dogs. Heidi our vet tech was so personable, knowledgeable and kind. Dr Wheat was also very nice took her time explaining everything asking if I had any questions. I’m very happy. Thank you. They also had a great COVID plan in place. Bravo!
I cried this morning scared for my 7 yr old dog. Roxy had to have a tumor removed and spay she developed pyometra. I just put her in Gods hands. I picked up my fur baby around 4pm. I was so worried, but they took wonderful care of her. Roxy's veterinarian Dr. Pesavento DMV even notice, she had a scratch eye and advised me of it. She prescribed meds as well I couldn't have asked for a great group.. Also, thanks to Lisa, brave Emily for putting on thatncone and Daniel for getting me squared away.
