Great service, very knowledgeable and friendly. Great products as well. While pricey the 45-day aged Ribeye was amazing. Prices on other (non-specialty) cuts of meat are actually lower than the normal grocer I shop at. They have wonderful sandwiches as well. I was very pleased with my first visit and plan to be back often.
When I went to buy a brisket, the owner of the shop came to talk to me and guided me through his shop. The quality of his product was amazing. Great variety of sauces, rubs and all that goes with. Don't think I want to buy meat anywhere else now.
The Butchery, is my go to place for first rate meats. As an avid smoker, I can always count on them having a bone-in pork shoulder or full briskets in stock. Dave, Julie and their staff are knowledgeable and offer great customer service and advice!
One of the best old style butcher shops around, Dave is great. Prices are fair, quality fantastic.
