I brought my girl in for arthritis medication on Friday, she was fine other than having a hard time getting up and down. Got her bloodwork, nails trimmed, shots, and medication. Within 36 hours she was sick and could barely move. I took her to urgent care in Novi, they checked vitals did a few ultrasounds, no masses everything looked alright, told me to contact my vet the next day, Monday, for blood results, also they forwardedeverything they had done to them. I called all morning long, she was getting worse, I left messages, noone ever got back to me, I called their affiliate office, any finally spoke to someone, I explained the condition of my girl, thinking they would want to see her, since she was fine in their office 3 days prior. No, instead I was told to give her pedialyte, I had to have my girl euthanized that night......... no answers. No response. She was the light of my life, I will NEVER go to this office again.
