Edible Arrangements

This was the WORST customer service experience I’ve had in my whole 30 years of living. First they Delivered the wrong order to my house. I spoke with a lady by the name of Ginger and she told me she would call me right back after contacting the driver. So she calls back and tell me to have the fruit arrangement (that was for someone else) to be ready for pick up so that I can receive the right order. What kind of food company re-delivers food to a person that previously been delivered to another house for over 30 minutes. Secondly when I did receive my right order, it was not sealed properly. During COVID-19 who want to receive any type of food with the seal being broken, who knows maybe mine had been opened by another household as well. Ginger suggested that I bring the order up there for a fresh one but why should a customer have to fix you all problems and waste a trip coming up to the shop for something that was meant to be delivered. After me and Ginger wasn’t coming to a good solution, she put the owner on the phone who was THE MOST RUDE person ever. The owner was talking over me and not even listening to what I was trying to say in reguards to my 60$ product being edible and opened and I did not feel safe giving it to my family in these times. I had to drive all the way up there to return the open product in order to be refunded my money. I was offered a fresh one by Ginger (the nice employee) but I would never do business with a company that treats / talks to their customers any kind of way. Helene from Novi , hopefully you weren’t delivered that fruit basket that they came back to my house for and had been sitting here for a hot minute.

There are no issues with the product hence a 2 star review. The company is impossible to reach during their busy seasons and customer support is non-existent. They recommended ordering a day prior or off holidays for better service... in my opinion that defeats the purpose of a gift being delivered on the SPECIAL DAY. I called the location multiple times, left a message. No return phone call. Never spoke to a human. My gift did not get delivered and still no email or response from company stating whether I will receive it or not. If you offer a service, you should provide it. Furthermore, the ordering process is very frustrating. When placing an order, you have the ability to pick up or deliver. Once you pick deliver, there is no prompt of dictating timing for delivery or whether it will be delivered that day at all. And then in their delivery notice it says they can deliver as late as 9pm and the home owner is required to be at home. How are we suppose to plan a dinner and go out when it is such a big delivery window? For a delivery service, this is unacceptable. I advise learning from other delivery services (pizza for instance) that have estimated times of delivery or a set time (window) for delivery. Very frustrating and disappointed. Let alone my family and spouse not having a gift is embarrassing in itself.

Excellent customer service. I had a reward of a free dipped fruit, 19.99 value. The app just refused to remove the 19.99. So I called, she took my order over the phone. I picked up my stuff within 45 min.nThe fruit is juicy and fresh. My neighbor loved the dipped fruit. I have sent these to my clients and the excitement of getting one delivered, as surprise, they loved! Affordable, quality products, smoothies are excellent.... 5 stars

They do a great job!

Two days in a row I've calling this place to Get a basket made and I go there today. Because this will make three days in a row that I'm not answering their phone and I go there and no we can't help you.
