Very unprofessional, We paid for 12 doves in only get 8 and when we called to get our money back only for the 4 doves that weren't released She became rude and started reviewing the contract over the phone stating she could have charged us more or even cancelled the doves but when I asked her at the wedding if everything was OK she said yes and that there was no problem. Personally I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone the amount of disrespect and her demeanor towards the situation was totally unacceptable to just take someone's money and not give them the service that they have paid for is just bad business

In response to Montez Williams. His lovely wife ordered dove package, Whom I explained clearly on start time. Doves cannot fly in the dark they are trained to return home. Mr.Williams wedding start time was in November at 5:15..I clearly stated doves cannot be released after 5::45. Per contract CLEARLY states!! We have right to cancel and no refund after 30 minutes late. If after 30 minutes we have right to charge 50.00 per half hour or right to cancel no refund. Mr.Williams started wedding 45 minutes late and releaae was at 6:13 p.m. It was already past sunset. 10 minutes later it was DARK.Vendors were to arrive at 4:00 which we were there ON TIME. As far as his comment that I was unprofessional is,quit the opposite. While I and many otheres waited around for 2 HOURS I was the one to climb tall ladders and decorate tulle on gazebo for HIS WEDDING. (Not my job)nAlso to comment on his claim on number of birds they had 8 in basket and 4 in box. Being gracious as I was knowing birds were not to be released I still allowed them to release 8 and not other the other 4. UNPROFESSIONAL is a word that just does not adhere to this situation due to the many courtesies I extended to him. And as you can read his unaccountability to be on time and or a thank you for allowing doves to be at risk AT ALL and decorating for him with NO Gratitude...i believe displays his full character.
