Dr Walker and the staff are amazing! My cat couldn’t breath, wasn’t eating and was very sick. Dr Walker is extremely intelligent & compassionate. She had my cat feeling better almost immediately. The technicians there are friendly, professional & competent. Someone from the office called every day until my cat was recovered. I am very happy with the care and give Shelby Vet my highest possible recommendation.
It was great that I was able to get a scheduled appointment on short notice. I also liked that the veterinarian took time for a good conversation with me about my concerns. And, as a side note, I like that she recommended better food for my dog! That was impressive, too. This was my first visit based on a recommendation from a friend. Thank you.
Absolutely the very best Veterinary clinic for your animals. I have been with them over 6 years and would never go any other place. They really are interested in your pet and they take such good care of them. Thenwhole staff is wonderful. I can't say enough about them. Dr. Lyon is ourndoctor and Bernie loves her. Dr. Blount is wonderful too.
They were referred to us by another vet that wasn’t seeing animals during the pandemic. They are the BEST here! They follow up, call and email and are very good with Daisy. They also are very thorough and awesome! Trust me it will be the best choice you ever made.
I'm not from the area and needed to find a new vet for my dog. I searched a lot and read a lot of reviews, this vet was pleasing through the client feed back and lived up to it's expectations today. They were on schedule, very friendly through emails, over the phone and in person. Everything was explained in detail and broken down for me without having to question anything. Ultimately I'm impressed with how good they were with my pitbull, previous vets have denied her due to breed, this place had no hesitation in treating her. I'm grateful I found this place and will continue taking my dog here along with future pets.
