This place was so friendly and helpful. We took our 15 year old dog in to be examined and they were so great! Despite what other reviews say we found that they were attentive, honest, and thorough without any price jabbing. They recommended we put him down and made the experience a lot smoother and peaceful. They let us be with him, they were caring, and they let us take our time saying goodbye to him. The experience made it worth the 2 1/2 hour wait. Thank you again for making this an easier process for our family!
Dr. Wilson and his staff are amazing! They literally saved my puppy’s life. My 4 month old puppy was born with a kidney defect with a large internal cyst and required kidney removal. After weeks of calling hospital after hospital who would not even see her for 6 weeks, I finally found Dr. Wilson. He was able to do an initial consultation and do the surgery all in a matter of two weeks. Dr. Wilson correctly diagnosed my puppy’s condition when we were told so many different things from different people. He chose the best course of action for a very reasonable price. Dr. Wilson and his staff are honest, straightforward and caring. His staff was readily available to answer the millions of questions I had. Dr. Wilson truly saved my puppy’s life, I thank God every day we found him!
We have been using Wilson's for almost 4 years and have had good experiences. The Urgent care has always been convenient when our dogs were in urgent need of care. Tonight had to be one of the best experiences; from the customer service person who registered us to the person who greeted us at the door, to Dr. Wilson calling to explain the treatment they gave or dog, to the person I spoke to over the phone for payment, to the person who brought our dog out when they were done. They were all pleasant and helpful. Eventhough they were swamped, they were all patient and friendly. I know the wait can sometimes be long but they are one of the only 24 hour care vets in the area. The new registration and check-in system is great. Also the prices are excellent. We had to take our dog to another vet down in Troy during the state shutdown and a regular visit cost more than our Urgent care visit tonight. A very satisfied customer!
Took my dog great care of my dog! She got two medications and a rabies shot for super cheap. I would definitely go again. I loved how convenient it was to make an appointment and how quickly they got me in. They even held my appointment when I was at the wrong location and had to drive 20 minutes to Washington Township
I took my puppy to Wilson’s after a less than pleasant experience with a different Veterinarian. I was very pleased with the pleasantness of the office staff, professionalism of the vet and reasonable prices. All my questions were answered to satisfaction. My puppy loved the staff and did not want to leave!!
