I would give 5 stars but lately they seem to over book. The first 25 years they were quick, maybe 20 minutes. The last 4 years we have sat and waited over an hour. They aren't as efficient as they used to be. Today's visit was 1.5 hours. And we seen 18 cars come and go while we waited so I think they are just over booking which concerns us because the attention to your pet might be less. Over almost 30 years though they were good. I will edit again next year and keep this review up to date.
I was happy with my Dogs visit. They were very thorough. The staff was very pleasant and polite. They didn't do anything without informing me what the cost would be. Of course you have to sit in your car with your pet until they come to get them But the wait time was very short.
I found out 2 months ago that my cat had cancer. Dr Koss and staff were amazing from oncologist recommendations to final life care. Her calls, emails, and overall follow up to were beyond what I expected. When I had to make the hard decision she was there, she made me feel comfortable, gave me the time I needed to say goodbye, and I think she had a few tears in her eyes as we did it. I will tell you she is the vet your pets need, and the person that you need when the time comes. I will never go to another vet. She’s my family now.
Booked for months
This has to be one of the best veterinary clinics in the area. The staff genuinely cares about animals. I drive further just to get my babies here.
