It was a great experience. They did a great job on cleaning my dogs teeth and very reasonable. I will absolutely be taking her back for any care she needs.
We love love love Shepherdsville Animal Hospital!! They always take great care of all of the pups I've had in the past & the one I own now. They offer a couple of services that most veterinarian offices dont which I love. My puppy isn't scared of going there, he loves all the staff & so do I! Highly reccomend!
They are doing an awesome job. You pull up and call and they come take your baby in. Dr will come out if he needs to speak to you. Very efficient.

I’ve been going there for several years with my pugs. Mostly just routine stuff. I’ve always felt rushed and overcharged the entire time I’ve been going there. Dr. Stone really doesn’t listen to your concerns. Is not very personable and doesn’t seem to be a compassionate caring vet at all. I will be looking for a new vet. I’m tired of being just a $ to them. Have had many times I’ve been there and second guessed Their diagnosis. After reading all the bad reviews apparently I felt that way for good reason. Also their vet office is very dirty and cramped.
