Saw 5his store many times riding into volunteering at crossroads but it's the first time stopping in. Liked their merchandise and inquired of their prices in a small planted orchid variety that caught my eye. First time seeing this type was when I first got of the plane in my new 2nd home of Taipei. Very beautiful plant and pottery held in. Would like to return to purchase it.
Went to the store on 12 and Schoenherr to get a reusable display made for my candle company and the worker(Stacey) ended up damaging my candles. She thought it was a joke, and Ive contacted the general manager office 5 times now and still haven't received a call back. It's been 2 months since this incident and still haven't heard from a manager or general manager. Very disappointed, and will not shop here again.
