I seen many negative reviews but I decided to still give them the benefit of the doubt since there were a few decent reviews. Absolutely horrible service. I put in an order days ago. I called the next day and the lady who answered asked me if she can deliver it the following day since they were busy. I told her I need it delivered that day since I ordered it as an apology to my friend. She said she cant and that it will be delivered the next day. Why ask me if you already made the decision to deliver it the next day? She also was just very rude and kept making remarks about how it is usually a male that sends a female flowers, not the other way around. The next day comes, and I receive an email at 3 am that it was delivered. I call the next morning and I ask her about it. She said it was delivered at 6:30 pm and that she just sent a confirmation email late in the night. I, then, called my friend to ask if he's received anything and he said he did not receive anything. I called the flower shop again and nobody answers. I left several voicemails and I have not received any call backs. I sent an email and have not heard back. What kind of scam are you guys pulling? This is disgusting. The prices are also horrendous. I bought flowers for $30 but somehow my bill ended up over $70 because of a delivery charge. The flowers weren't even delivered. I have used many other flower delivery services and have never paid that much.nnUpdate***nPlease see attached photos. She finally got back to me. I asked her for proof of delivery and she still has not sent me anything. Instead, she is bullying me.

I called them to confirm that my order has been delivered and the lady that answered was so rude. She’s never had a day of customer service training. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Save your money and go elsewhere!

Read all the bad reviews. They’re true. She claimed she dropped off flowers to me and she lies and says she has a signature from me.nnI have a nest doorbell camera. She eventually comes days later.nnAnd i hear it’s a fake address/building. It’s a home job. Which i don’t mind but at least have good customer service. It’s just Disgusting

The owner is very rude. They delivered it to the wrong place then tried to turn it on me and said very rude and inappropriate things to me. It was extremely unprofessional. I hate this place, I am never going back and I would suggest everyone else to save their money and time as well.

Do not even bother giving your money to this place. They make promises they cannot keep. The owners are truly the most uncivilized people I have ever spoken to.
