Have always experienced knowledgeable, professional, polite and friendly staff. They have always listened to my concerns and have treated my pets with utmost care and concern. I have been taking my pets to Hamburg Countryside for over 30 yrs. They are a valuable part of our community.
Excellent and compassionate. My kitty was sick and we were able to get him in to be seen the same day. They were thorough and sensitive. Unfortunately my kitty was diagnosed with cancer, but they took the time to explain how to care for him during his remaining time. Would highly recommend!
Horrible! Techs are rude - especially Bethany. Billing was all messed up. VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE! Very disorganized Will not be returning! No clue what they are doing- GO ELSE WHERE IF YOU LOVE YOUR PET!
I don’t recommend this place. They did not care to get previous vet records. The vet’s the diagnosis wasn’t logical. I feel there was a lack of care for our dog and we paid $500 for a guess of what could be wrong. It’s no surprise that the treatment we were sent home with has not helped our dog.
I have been using VCA Countryside Animal Hospital for over 10 years. I am always pleased with my pet's care. Dr Hynes and the other vets and assistants along with the support staff are exceptional. They treat you like family and that is truly appreciated when your pet is suffering and in dire need of help.nI highly recommend this hospital to anyone with a pet.
