We've been going here for almost 20 years now. I'd neve even.r consider going anywhere else. The vets, vet techs and the receptionist are all great people and you can tell that everyone of them care and want the very best for your pet. The best clinic around. Hands down.

I have been with this practice since they first located in Jenison, and over the years they have demonstrated knowledge and compassion in caring for our pets. However, the pandemic has created scheduling challenges for vets that I don't believe this practice has been able to responsibly handle. Twice in the past 5 months I had urgent pet concerns or emergencies during regular business hours (very rare for me) and they were unable to see my pet for more than 24 hours. If this hasn't happened to you, know that no other vet will see an emergency case unless it is already in their case load, so you cannot go to another vet. Your only option is the extremely expensive emergency centers. In one of my cases even the emergency center said they could not fit my pet in, which left me unable to get care. Later that night, with my pet crying in pain, I had to go to a second emergency center in the middle of the night and was I had to euthanize my pet. Yet, this practice continues to take on new customers. There is no doubt that their care is good when they are available, but if you want a vet who will see be responsive to an unexpected pet emergency (daytimes), this isn't the place for you. I'm moving to another practice and no longer recommending this practice to others.

I had to put my cat down due to aggression. I was in awe of how well the staff handled the situation. They all made me feel so much better about the situation. The doctors and staff were happy to answer any questions I had and they did it with such care. I can’t imagine every going to a different vet ever again.

Great staff including the veterinarians. I only wish some of the prices, especially meds were cheaper.
