I’m recently moved to the area, and found myself the care giver of a seriously failing cat. The Red Barn was my only option as the local vets are so in demand. The staff was great,the environment clean and friendly. We got in queue,2+ hour wait which was the estimate they gave me. Doc was gentle and compassionate but also honest and informing. He diagnosed and treated my cat giving her a 50/50 chance. Sadly she passed two days later but I know she was given the best care regardless. She was only mine for a couple days,but the Red Barn gave me the support and information I needed in this situation. I highly recommend their services and will definitely use them again in an emergency situation...
I needed a vet on short notice for a scary but fortunately not too serious issue and I happened to call on a walk in day. Finding a vet that does walk ins is amazing itself, but the staff are all so wonderful.nnI really appreciate the care they took with me and my cat.nnI'm looking forward to taking my other cats here for vet care as well.nnPricing was great as well!
Had a little wait before we could be seen. The vet and girls in the office were very helpful & professional. My Aunt & Cousin recommended this place. Got our rabies shot and on our way! Would definitely recommend this place too!
Because of they are basically the only walk in vet in a radius they would potentially serve about 2 million people, it requires the staff to be efficient, cold, and focused on moving you in and out as quickly as possible. This creates a lack of connection to the red barn family and feels more like high quality fast food pet car. However, their means of operation do not lower their quality of work. Very happy with the service we received at this vet. While we would never call it our primary vet, for a low cost, non emergency, quick visit that you need same day... They are worth it.
Brought my puppy in for what I thought would be a comprehensive examination & vaccine’s. What I got was a few shots and a $250 bill.nnOh, and about 3.6 minutes of time with the vet who offered the most vanilla answers one could presumably google up themselves. I’ll find a place that cares about the animals, not this “vet/vaccine factory”.....NOT RECOMMENDED
