Great people here! They care for your pet like it was one of their own. The staff is friendly, understanding, and kind. Everyone makes you and your pet feel welcomed. Never had bad experience. Would strongly recommend to all.
Horrible customer service. Receptionist was rude. After I spent 5 minutes explaining how my cat was sick she wouldn’t schedule an appointment, she said they are book. I said well when there early I can get in. She said we’re book and can’t see him. I said what about tomorrow or the next day. All she said was nope were book.Great customer service for someone that has been bringing their pets to you for over 20 years. clearly they don’t care about their clients pets. I will never take my animals here again.
My first visit to this vet since I just moved to Byron Center. I came here on a recommendation and was very impressed. I have 3 cats and they were all relatively calm which never happens. The vet answered all of my questions and gave me all the time we needed. The cost was incredibly low, half of what I expected. I highly recommend this office.
