I am so thankful I found this place! Everyone has gone above and beyond and has been so incredibly helpful. My tiny kitten was so sick I feared she would not make it through the day, the vet got her right in and I couldn't be happier. Everyone was so friendly. The vet that handled Freya was extremely informative and didn't complain when I asked a billion questions. The costs are very reasonable. We went here as an emergency visit while our normal vet was closed and I will be continuing Freyas care with this vet and clinic because they blew ours out of the water between the affordable costs and the great care they took!

Our family has known Dr. Houk for a long time, and last year we moved out of state. We adopted a puppy recently and knew we wanted to make the two hour drive back to see her. She did a wonderful job with his neuter today and we highly recommend her & the staff they were all great.
My kitten went in for a routine surgery. They called and said he was fine. Then a few hours later they called and told us he died. I went to get him and the girl refunded me a small amount back from the procedure. Walked off handed me a box of tissue, but didn't say sorry or anything as I bawled. She then went to the back and loudly asked where the body is and someone else loudly said in the freezer with the other bodies. She then handed me his pet carrier and didn't say anything except do I want a receipt. I found it incredibly rude. No sympathy, no apologies, no explanation from a doctor even though they said a doctor would call us. Don't go here if you want bedside manner during a hard time.
