I have been taking my dog Cosmo to a different vet for years. She has some strange looking front legs and the previous vet never mentioned that there could be problems with arthritis down the road no matter how many times I questioned them about her stance. Lake Lansing brought it up immediately, and are happy to proactively take X-rays to see what the situation looks like. I’m overly cautious with this pup and the fact they’re willing to work with me to be more preemptive about her health makes me feel like I am in great hands. If I can trust them with my pup, you can too. Plus, you may get lucky and they’ll draw a fantastic portrait of your pet on their RX bagud83dude02
We take our dog and two cats here. Since we moved to town during the pandemic, I have never been inside the building so I can't speak to appearance, but the techs and vets are super sweet and knowledgeable. Any time we have a need we call and someone helps us right away. They also provided our senior dog with a dental cleaning and tooth extraction for a very reasonable price.
We could not be happier with Dr. Reiss and the wonderful staff. Our dogs and cats are happy and healthy. The staff have done everything from spay surgery to flea/tick/heartworm and answering simple questions over the phone - everything has been professional and the fees are very reasonable. Dr. Reiss cares about each of our animals, appreciates their personalities, and ensures that each gets excellent care. Thank you!
Made my dog get unnecessary testing just to upcharge me. Been going here for a while and only found out after spending over a week requesting that my dogs records be sent to her vet in time for her yearly check and my vet questioning most of the testing they “required”. They required some sort of test almost every time I used their boarding service. Also good luck getting ahold of them most of the time.
My daughter loat her cat and they held on to the body untill we could come up with the money to cremate the body they even put it on a little biodegradable ern.
