Retracting my review from the last order. The first delivery was great no problems. 2nd time holy hell was raised. I ordered flowers fromyouflowers.com, as usual i ordered them as a surpirsed and contactless. 1st order was hassle free. This time the florist who called left a very rude voicemail, i called them back well i got yelled at screamed at because noone answered the phone. Then i asked for refund because of the voicemail i recived was unprofessional, the lady yelled again. She proceed to yell and scream at where i had to hang up. NEVER EVER NEVER NEVER NEVER ORDER FROM THIS PLACE AGAIN. I have no clue why this place had an issue with contactless delivery or surprise delivery or using my number instead of the recievers number. As stated before i wanted it contactless and surprise the 1st time nonproblems with that this time she broke hell over me. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST! o and by the way paying 52.00 for boquet of flowers that are not even as described total waste! I ordered a large not a regular.

I cannot say enough good things about this flower shop and the owners. They are always so very helpful and really know their stuff. Even with living 45 minutes away I will call here for my floral arrangement needs first!
