Josh at Wild Strawberry and More ran into a problem where the local florist who were to deliver to my Mother in Law in Marshall Mi ran out of the special vase I had chose. There are supply problems because of Covid 19. On their website it said it was available and it Was in Lansing, but not near Marshall. I was very disappointed as I had spent a lot of time finding a florist who had this particular vase and flowers available. At this point Josh offered to have their shop in Lansing deliver the arrangement to my Mother in Law. It's a 45 minute drive! Well they did and she has her flowers. Very Professional! What great service. Thank you!

Stopped in for a plant and planter. Last minute gift for someone who is unique to me and does quite a bit for me when I'm out of town. Didn't want flowers so I bought smallish peace lily and basic planter. I thought $55 was about $20 too much. Nice place with lots of charm and ideas.

So Ruth the owner is the worst with customer service-someone had placed an order for my friends Birthday and then canceled it. The flowers had already been prepared and delivered to her place of work. How embarrassing for my friend when Ruth told her she is going to come and pick them up...its her birthday Ruth have a heart and consider the rules of good customer service. Or better yet have some compassion for someone on their birthday and being that its your company's mistake that they were even delivered maybe you should just take the loss! I will never order anything from you place of business and will make sure everyone I know stairs clear of your shop until you change your attitude and maybe handle situations like this with a little more kindness and understanding for the person receiving the devastating news that you have to pick up their flowers on such a special day.

Terrible customer service and no ownership or responsibility from authority. Rude and disrespectful and not a business I would recommend to anyone. You’re better off picking your own flowers. ud83dudc4dud83cudffb

We ordered a delivery. The bouquet looked nothing like on the picture, it had way less flowers, than it should have and we paid for, and it was a lot smaller. That is very sad that this company thinks that if this is a delivery then the one who ordered will not see the outcome. Do not recommend this shop for a delivery.
