Worst experience I ever had at a veterinarian clinic. I pulled into their parking lot at 7pm. They came out at 7:45 to get my baby because of her critical condition. Throwing up blood and bleeding out the rectum. Was sent there by vet because of the severity of her condition but yet was left sitting out in the car for 45 minutes before coming out to get her. Waited two hours and still no call letting me know what’s going on. Still sitting in parking lot waiting. Still waiting in parking lot at 11:30 pm and still no call about my baby. I finally call and was told the doctor hadn’t even seen she yet but she is on the top of the critical list because she’s very critical. My baby is almost dying and has been put in a cage for the last 4 hours and no doctor yet. 12:30 am I am still sitting out in the parking waiting for someone to tell me what’s going on. I have to be to work in three hours ,finally at 1:45 I get a call from the doctor stating that she thinks they should do blood work. Seven hours after sitting in the rain all night I finally get a call. Doctor tells me test results will be back in 30 minutes and she can make a plan to treat her. Really yea no call in 30 minutes 1 1/2 hours later I get a call saying they need to keep her and they need $1000 deposit. Any vet would of known before any testing that she needed to be hospitalized that’s why she was sent there. I finally pulled out of the parking lot at 2am having to be to work at 5am. Called 9 am to see what was going on with her and got the same answer “doctor will be calling me in 15 - 20 minutes. It’s been 3 hours and still no call. I will never come back here. I will drive to another town if I have to.

My daughters boxer had eaten 2 slices of raisin toast. I was directed by Animal Poison Control to contact them. They promptly got Titus in and gave him excellent care. Everyone from the phone, doctor and tech taking Titus in and out were very wonderful. Would definitely go to them again if the need arose.

Quick, reliable, and friendly staff. This place is awesome if you need an urgent care for your animal. You may have to wait a bit but it is worth it. Fair pricing and very helpful.

They are very helpful and nice! I know they are new in to town and still working things out, as well as they do see what needs to come through the door in order of how emergent it is. I didn't mind waiting since my dog did not have large trauma or violently ill. When they were able to see me, they were very helpful. I even had some car trouble that they didn't need to bother with but they helped me anyways.

I took over care of a cat that I never met before but needed help and the lovely people at Greater Lansing Vet. Center rose to the occasion. They were able to get my information over the phone, evaluate this cat and give me my options. They were prompt at giving me updates and making sure I knew what was going on. The cat did wonderfully and now is alive and happy in her new home thanks to this clinic.
