Mid-Michigan Veterinary Cardiology offered excellent customer service from start to finish. When Brianna heard the condition of our cat, she went above and beyond to provide him with an appointment as soon as possible. Dr. Weder came out to my vehicle to greet me, discuss the cats condition and personally bring him in for the exam. After the appointment he came out to the parking lot with a white board to draw an explanation of the cats condition which was very helpful. I highly recommend Mid-Michigan Veterinary Cardiology and appreciate how knowledgeable and compassionate they are.
They are so knowledgeable & very professional and caring they get to the bottom of your pets issues. I took my yorkie there who was diagnose with a leaky heart valve & congestive heart failure come to find out he has neither one. . I’m so thankful for these doctors. They came out also to to greet us and when they bring him out they explained everything thoroughly to me. Brianna their office tech is exceptional . wonderful customer service. I highly recommend them I give them five stars if I could give them more I would I think them so much.
A wonderful place! Great communication before, during, and after the appointment. On-time, efficient, and thorough. A very attentive, upbeat, professional, and caring team. I am thankful that it turns out my beloved dog does not have pulmonary or heart disease but if she had, I would have completely trusted Dr. Weder and LVT Brianna with her care! Also, they had a student shadowing at the time and treated her with respect (having been a student at one time in my life, that meant something to me).nIf you have a pet with cardiac concerns, visit the folks at Mid-Michigan Veterinary Cardiology. They are worth the drive!
I highly recommend Mid-Michigan Veterinary Cardiology! Today was my first experience with them and it was wonderful! Everyone I spoke to was very kind and compassionate. They made sure all of my questions were answered and never seemed rushed or unprofessional. I wasn’t thrilled having to go to a specialist during Covid, when I couldn’t go in with my cat, but they really put my mind at ease and were very comforting. Everything was explained thoroughly and understandably. Also, I felt that their prices were very reasonable for a specialist, which made it worth the 50 minute drive. I like that they e-mailed me a copy of all of the information, as well as my regular vet. I will use them again if I ever need a veterinary cardiologist and strongly recommend them to anyone who loves their pets!
The team at Mid-Michigan Veterinary Cardiology took fantastic care of our dog Wally. They provided us with the answers we needed and recommended a treatment plan that has been working well for our older dog. The team was great and I would recommend this place for all pet cardiology needs.
