Phenomenal service and kindness shown to both my family dog and me! Responsive to my questions, making sure everything was understood.nLaurie K was professional and put me at ease through emails, phone conversation for scheduling, and when she escorted my dog in for the ultrasound exam.nOffice appt was easy to schedule when convenient for me.nDr. Weber explained everything very well. Was able to discuss options and what to look out for in the future. Felt welcomed here! Awesome care at this office and would highly recommend to anyone seeking these specialized services!

Wonderful team! Dr. Weber worked with my cat so kindly and patient. Definitely felt heard and all of my concerns were answered. My cat was handled withe great care. Everyone was so kind and positive. Communication was clear and organized. Will definitely use again!

This was our first visit to Animal Ultrasound Services, Inc.not sure what to expect I was immediately relieved at how friendly and professional the staff was. They eased my mind and nerves by informing me how the process will proceed and how our pup- Coco would feel throughout the procedure. Coco came out happy as the team - ( there were 3) including the Doctor that immediately told me what she saw on the ultrasound. Her follow- up with our Veternarian was quick and informative.I will happily and confidently refer anyone that ask about this specialized service for our furry friends. It was a great experience.

The staff followed up to an email request as well as a phone call to the business. Everyone was empathetic and helped us to get an appointment immediately. At the appointment time, the staff was quick and professional. Thank you so much for caring for our pet!

This place is what you dream of when you think of responsive and friendly veterinary services. They fit our dog in at a great time, returned our calls immediately, answered SO many questions, and our dog was really calm around them.nnWith the pandemic, our dog Juno has been pretty nervous of going places without us (despite being a licensed therapy dog), but she really enjoyed it here. She was cuddling up with Laurie and was really happy coming out of the the location. I felt really connected even though we could not go in and their expertise and ability to distill information to us via phone was incredible.nnMore so, they worked efficiently and diligently with our vet to get Juno her medicine the same day. They sent all her files right away to our vet and us so we can maintain her medical records.nnAnd, they asked us to keep them updated on Juno's progress. I cannot sing enough high praises about them and while I hope we do not need to go to them again as Juno feels better, if we do, we know that is one less thing to worry about because we will be in expert hands.nnThank you!
