Have had okay experiences with dogs at this vet, but I scheduled an appointment for my cat weeks ago. I showed up today and was informed on the spot that they would be performing curbside service and I would have to let them take my cat inside, and I wouldn't be allowed in. I made an appointment under the impression that I would be able to be present with my pet.nnInstead of informing me before my appointment time, they told me when I got there. If I had known they were switching back to curbside service ahead of time, I wouldn't have even come. Maybe that's why they didnt call to tell me.
Dr. Rebecca is so wonderful and kind. She is happy to answer questions without rushing you. The rest of the staff is also friendly and helpful. This is definitely the only vet I will use from now on!
Our cat was injured a couple of weeks ago (possible coyote attack which he luckily escaped) and treated by our vet. Infection came back but our vet is temporarily closed due to employee testing positive for covid. Called Williamston Animal Clinic, explained the situation, and they got us in, squeezing us between customers. They kept apologizing for the wait. What did it matter? They didn't even have to see us! Our cat is now back on the mend. Highly recommend Williamston Animal Clinic to anyone looking for a new vet.
