We were very happy with our experience working with Gorslines. From our first meeting with Ken and Sarah, everything they said they would do, they did. With 15 years of experience working with funeral homes as a cemetery sexton, I have had some issues that were just wrong. Elizabeth was wonderful. Patient, understanding and professional. She picked up on details that otherwise would have been missed by us in writing our moms obituary. Easy to communicate with and prompt to respond with answers to questions or taking action when we had requests. Very happy with our experience at Gorsline Runciman Williamston and with Elizabeth.
The staff at Gorsline Runciman in Williamston were very kind to us in our moment of need. They were helpful in planning the funeral, and completely understanding about the choices we made. The funeral itself was beautiful.
Mom died in Arizona and was buried in Michigan. Gorsline's made the process simple and clear over the phone to me in Arizona. Arrangements were completed in just a couple hours, and when I flew in for the burial there was nothing further that I needed to do.
