Very very nice people, very understanding and always willing to go the extra mile to help your fur babies get better. I will never go anywhere else even if I lived 5 hours away! Very honest and affordable! Other places near by wanted thousands to help my girls get rid of the heart worm, Brooke side only charged 1/4 of the cost! Awesome place!!! Highly recommended

Unfortunately I have had to put 2 dogs down in the last 6 months. Brookside has been amazing with both animals. I highly recommend these guys and I thank them with all my heart for taking the absolute best care of my fur babies!

If I could put 0 stars I would!! You as a business should be ashamed of yourselfs!! My grandfather brought his lab in for a eye infection, whoever the vet tech was thought it was necessary for a thyroid test (his fur is shaved and growing back in which was explained) my grandfather said If it was necessary go ahead with the thyroid test. They decided to run quite a few tests costing 177.96 alone. They never asked if it was okay for the other tests. They also gave nausea tablets that cost 32 dollars for what reason ? Couldn’t tell you. And the vet tech said I sure hate to give you this while handing the bill of 370.21 for what was suppose to be just a eye check. They never once asked for permission for all the blood work they did it and billed it on his credit card. My grandma went to the office the next day to collect the dogs records she expressed her concern for the bill and the lady response was “oh sorry” . VERY DISAPPOINTED I will absolutely tell everyone I don’t recommend this business.
