Rayola Florist

I placed an order in July for August. The order was never delivered and I never got any notification. When I called to inquire, the store manager told me the delivery person cancelled the order because the store was closed on the day the order was placed. The store manager then tried to tell me that there was nothing she could do and that the delivery guy was the store owner's son. I highly recommend not using this florist.

Small bouquet for the money spent. Called them and they said they were new owners. They are new owners who lost our business.

They lure you in with a 2 for 20 deal for boutonnières and corsages , then they ring you up and it’s 47 dollars , and then they fell apart not even 20 mins of having the corsage on, never going here again , young lady who works there has no idea what she’s doing very dissatisfied give it a year before they go out of business just go to Vogt’s flower shop reasonable priced and actually have quality compared to this over priced trash this place sells you

My Mom used this florist, Rayola’s, and in person at the Florist Shop with customer representatives picked out of a picture book of arrangements, a small flower arrangement that would go on the inside of the open casket, pinned or somehow supported to the white pillow material for a recent funeral. The arrangement was for their son and my mom specifically requested a ribbon reading for beloved son. The arrangement was created as a vase arrangement of flowers that was worth maybe half of what my mom paid. There was no way to alter this arrangement even by the funeral director’s admission to suit the intended purpose of having this arrangement fill the white empty space of the inside of the open casket.nnThe funeral was on a Saturday and when my mom saw that the flower arrangement was not what she ordered she called before noon to inquire regarding the mistake. Rayola’s had a recorded message stating that they were closed. The funeral home directors then called and talked with personal at Rayola’s who stated they would do nothing to rectify the mistake not even caring that they could not include a simple ribbon that would have meant so very much to my mom.nnI have noticed the many other reviews where people had problems with this Florist. This appears to be the accepted way of doing business at Rayola’s. I would never recommend, buy or even accept a free gift from these people who operate in such an uncaring and impersonal way. If you are looking for a florist there are at least two others in Davison and I would try any other florist instead of this florist who helped to leave my mom with some very unpleasant memories of her son’s funeral.

Carnations were small and wilted and barely visible in the corsage! It was embarrassing having my son put this pathetic thing on his homecoming date. Will definitely go to Vogts from now on!
