New female doctor very nice, but a little tentative. Walk in service! The vet is awesome! Knows his stuff! They are always busy though so plan for that.
I’ll give three stars because they did fix my dog and take care of his pain, and got him in the same day. My only issue was the pricing. I got quoted way over what other places priced for the same treatment. Staff was friendly, and the doctor was very caring and helpful. Not a bad place, just expensive.

Currently it's covid times, and every vet in sw Michigan is booked for weeks in advanced. But dowagiac animal hospital has walk-in hours which saved us when we had an emergency. They got us in and out pretty quickly and the vet knew right away what was wrong and how to fix it
