My first time! I was impressed with the kindness and welcoming staff! They were ALL VERY WELCOMING! The dr was excellent she examined and vaccinated my babies..
They are nice people, but the doctor is very vague about needs to be done to my dog to make her feel better. They have also given my dog a lower dosage in pain pills then what they said they were going to give her causing her more pain. I only gave two stars because the staff is friendly.I do not recommend.
I would like to thank the staff at Dorr Veterinary Clinic for their service that they provided to me and my cat Alice on Saturday. They are a very caring staff that attended to my needs as well as my cat’s final hour of life. I recommend going to this clinic and I will probably bring my other cat there as well. They were the only vet open on Saturday and they squeezed me in to attend to my cat. So again THANK YOU so very much. It means a lot to me that you all were so caring and dedicated to your jobs.
We have takin our boxer Paylynn there for several years now. Today we had to take her in to put her down and it was very hard. But the professionalism and sympathy they showed was amazing. And the dedicated room for just this procedure was so comforting. Thank you to all the staff for making this very difficult day a lot easier. We will be a customer for life.
We have been utilizing this veterinary service for several years and have always been happy with the service.nWe recently had a unique situation that they went over the top in being helpful and putting the care of a pet first. We were dog sitting for our daughter’s dog that had a health issue pop up that we needed the pup to be seen for right away. They got her in the morning we called, without it being an issue that the dog had never been there before and provided quality care for her.
