Have never been to a vet that provides good service and this is just another one of them. Could not answer the phone and then when I finally did it was and automated response that told me to call the Lewiston emergency vet, along with all the over places I called, which isn’t even open half the day
Well with covid-19 no new patients but I am so grateful for the assistance in getting some flea medication. Helpful and straight forward service. Will come back.
This is the worst place i have ever encountered. I made an appointment 2 weeks ago, no problem. They called to remind me of the appointment, i called ahead to pay as someone else was bringing my dog in. They called me back to telle they will not see her because they transferred out records YEARS AGO, for a dog I don’t even own anymore. If you care for your pets don’t go here.
